During his experience in Tuscany, Antonio went to work with Osteria Vinodivino managed from Paolo Verrazzani who is one of the gurus of the ancient Tuscan cuisine in the Arezzo area. Paolo was also very well known for his deep knowledge about wines as a professional sommelier.
Antonio & Paolo at the time created a small oasis where they revived all of the ancient Tuscan recipes twisted with modern technique. In a very short time, Vinodivino became a gourmet venue where could rediscover a very well executed traditional ancient cuisine.
During this time a few awards of recognition came in. One of them, from the Touring Club Italy, came after a personal visit from the TCI Director Mr. Luigi Cremona.
This was a great achievement for Antonio, Paolo and Team.
